Today, we encountered technical challenges that led to delays in email delivery and discrepancies in activity reporting. Specifically, between 08:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC, some users may have experienced delays in sending emails, and our activity reporting system may have provided inaccurate information.

Upon identifying these issues, our team immediately sprung into action and we deployed multiple solutions to fix said problems.

We understand the frustration and inconvenience that delayed email delivery and inaccurately reported activity statuses can cause, especially when you rely on our platform for important communications.
