We have experienced a technical issue with one of our storage systems that has prevented some users from sending emails between the dates of Monday, 30th of June, around 8:50 pm to 10:20 pm UTC.

The emails that were sent via the API or the SMTP server during this period have been cancelled.

Our engineers have identified the root cause around 9:30 pm UTC and been working on a fix to resolve the issue, which allowed customers to send emails again around 10:20 pm UTC.
